There are two types of membership. We have a monthly membership and a yearly membership, the price is the same but with the yearly membership your 12th month is free. I want to give every client the most personalized care I possibly can. Every client is treated equally and no one is given priority over someone else. Your health is what matters most to me and I will give you 100% effort to make sure you achieve your goals. The price of a membership is $99 per month.
When you sign up for a membership you credit card will be kept securely on file. You will be automatically billed every thirty days from the start date of your membership. There is a $5 late fee for any credit cards that are declined for whatever reason.
You may cancel your membership by sending an email to me, I will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. Your membership will be cancelled within 14 days of my confirmation email. If your monthly billing date falls within those 14 days you will be billed for that month.
I believe so strongly that you will be more than satisfied with our services there are no long term commitment, unless you decide to take the yearly membership. That decision is entirely up to you. You may cancel at any time with a 14 day notice.
You are entitled to a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 14 days of signing up. You must send me an email within those first 14 days to receive refund.
No. The free 30 minute Skype or Facetime consult is to give me a better understanding of what we can do for you with a membership. It allows me to better get an understanding of your current health and fitness level so I can have enough information to show you how we can help you on a more personalized level. The decision to join after the consult is entirely up to you.
Once you decide you want to become a member. Click on the membership tab. Fill out the health questionnaire, liability waiver and membership agreement. Then you need to enter your personal information along with you credit card information. Once that is complete you will set up your own personal portal secure with a password. All communication will be done through the member portal. Lastly you will make a 60 minute skype appointment to take place no later than 7 days from signing up. During that skype appointment we will discuss how everything will work moving forward.
You get three customized workouts based on your goals, fitness level and any troubled areas we need to work on. These workouts can be printed out and taken with you. There is also workout of the week but is only allowed if I think you are ready to handle it.
We have a video library of over 200 and growing exercises to show you how an exercise is performed. If you get to an advanced stage and there is an exercise not in our video library I will personally email or text you a video of the exercise.
No. I will work with you based on what you currently have available. Many times we can use household items such as your stairs or a chair to get the job done. Once you became more advanced I will recommend certain equipment needed to take you to the next level but it is not mandatory.
My goal with this website is to have as much personal communication as possible. Every week we will Skype, Facetime or Phone for 15 minutes to review the week. You may email me, text me or Facebook me at any time during the week. I will respond as quickly as I can but will guarantee a response within 24 hours.
Since this is not a diet but rather teaching you how to eat better, there will be no exact meal plans. During our initial 60 minute skype appointment we will discuss in detail how to eat (portion size, macronutrients, meal frequency and shopping list). We also provide set meal ideas for you to use as a guide as well as healthy recipes. Your eating will be reviewed and modified on a weekly basis through the food journal.
This is not a diet plan. My goal here is to teach you how to eat in a way that you can live with the rest of your life and is achievable in the real world. There is no reason why you can’t go out on a Saturday night and have a burger and a beer or have a piece of cake at a birthday party. It’s all about moderation and balance.
Every day you will take a few minutes to record what you ate. It doesn’t have to be exact but you need to be honest. Every week I will review it and send back any modifications and recommendations to improve you eating habits. This is work in progress and will take a while to find the perfect fit for you.
